What we do
We identify every client and every individual authorized to access a holding. We keep documented records of every movement and every access event. And we honor valid subpoenas and court orders.

- Entity and trust arrangements accepted, identified the same way an individual is.
- Your affairs kept private from everyone with no lawful entitlement to know them.
What we do not do
We do not offer anonymous or unrecorded storage, and we would decline the request. We do not structure arrangements to put property beyond the reach of a court, a creditor or a spouse. And we do not advise on what you should disclose to anyone — that is your lawyer's work.
Privacy and concealment are different things. We provide the first and decline the second.
Why publish it
Because the people most worth serving — counsel holding client property, executors, family offices — cannot use a custodian whose behavior under legal process is unknown. The risk lands on them, not on us.
Stating the position plainly is therefore not a disclaimer. It is what makes the service usable by the people who most need it.

- Do you comply with subpoenas?
- Yes, with valid legal process. We publish that rather than leaving it vague.
- Can I store anonymously?
- No. Every client is identified. We would decline the request.
- Can a trust or company be the client?
- Yes. Entity arrangements are lawful and common, and are identified as any client would be.
- Will you tell me if you receive process?
- Where we are permitted to, yes. Some orders prohibit notification and we comply with those too.
